At 4 PM, it’s "Mail Time!" at Cablex
Since mid-October 2024, 4 PM at Cablex has meant just one thing: “Mail Time!” That’s when all the correspondence collected throughout the day is automatically processed, sorted and franked by Lettershop Connect with a range of innovative additional functions:

Automatic generation of customer-specific document packages: All relevant documents are created in the appropriate language. If required, ad-hoc adaptation of correspondence to individual customer requirements is also child's play.

Controlled printing with integrated barcodes: The complete document package is printed automatically - including individual DataMatrix, which enables clear automatic identification of the return.

Automatic printing, enveloping & franking: Items are processed immediately and posted at the post office on the same day. This work is carried out by our affiliated partner Funke Lettershop.

Wide range of dispatch options: Depending on customer requirements, items are sent as A Mail, B Mail or Registered Mail.

Comprehensive dispatch tracking: The entire dispatch process is automatically monitored and the status feedback is transferred directly to ServiceNow. This allows the person responsible to track whether and when correspondence has been sent at any time.

AI-supported contract verification (in implementation): In future, artificial intelligence will be used to automatically check whether a contract has been signed and whether there are any irregularities, such as handwritten changes. It will only be passed on to an employee for manual checking if this is necessary.

Automatic contract feed: For each business transaction, a contract with the corresponding status flags flows directly back into ServiceNow so that the current status per customer can always be retrieved.

The selection of recipients and the desired use case is carried out in the application known to the clerk. DocGenie takes care of everything else, such as corporate design or stamping the data required for mailing, automatically in the background.
