User-friendly handover of data
No matter in which file format your data is available and which transport way is to be used. We make it easy for you, because we support (almost) all options.
Phase II – Data processing
We offer extensive processing of your data
- Automated data validation
All records are checked for validity according to customer rules and, if necessary, are documented in a comprehensive report. - Add control information
Each shipment gets an individual SetCode, is automatically stamped and gets a LetterID for tracking purposes. - Add additional dynamic documents
You are sending an invoice to your customers? We can dynamically create a payment slip with QR code from your data. Additional, personalized documents, which should only be added to certain records, are no problem. Whitespace management - we can do that too. - Content transformation
Whether the content needs to be scaled or rotated, we make it fit for the output size! The same applies to blank pages in duplex printing. - Grouping and enclosure control
Mailings can be grouped according to any criteria (language, paper, etc.). Each grouping can have its own enclosures added. - Sorting
Finally, the shipments are sorted by the country of the recipient, and within the country by the shipment size.

With our system you can generate individual letters for your customers in no time at all. All you have to do is bring the Excel recipient list and your text for the cover letter together.

2DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND STYLINGS
Based on the recipient data, different languages and forms of address are automatically recognized. Separate cover letters and attachments can be used for each feature.

3OPTIONAL ENCLOSURES

With us you do not buy a pig in a poke. Before your shipment goes to print, you have the option of a digital good for printing. In this PDF file you can see exactly what the shipment will look like at the customer's site. Optionally, a separate control point can release or stop the shipment.
